Uniform Example - Black T-Shirt, Plain Black Jeans, Black Trainers (check confirmation email for required uniform).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve bottled beer, a glass of wine, spirit & mixer and soft drinks.
- Operate a cash sale till.
- Assist manager with opening and closing stock counts.
- Keep the bar area tidy, clearing rubbish, empty cups.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods.
Requirements:
- Attended in person induction in the Host Office.
- Asked to complete Flow Training Modules: Food Safety Level 1, Health and Safety and Food Allergens.
- General knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Understand licencing laws.
- Able to pour and serve pints.
You are expected to be ready for work at the booking time sharp. Your briefing will be scheduled and a late arrival will affect the operation so please allow yourself extra time to get changed as well as for your travel to your shift. If you arrive late you may be sent home without pay.
