We understand there are many factors that may make a member of staff late and so, if you are running late, it is vital you call the office ASAP so we can let the client/ office rep onsite know.

Please do your best to get to work as quickly as possible and plan your journey in advance to prevent any unexpected delays.

If you are late to a shift, we cannot always guarantee you will be permitted to work. We kindly ask you keep us updated so we can advise the client of your arrival time and inform you if you will be too late. (1 minute past the shift time is counted as late).
