We have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to find where you are working!
Your app/ confirmation email will clearly outline the address of the shift, nearest tube station and provide a what3words location to the check in point! For harder to find meeting points there may be more detailed walking directions written in the app and outlined in your confirmation email. For some shifts, you may also receive a text with check in information, including meeting point and who to check in with.
We recommend you download the what3words app onto your phone to help find the exact location of your shift:

Getting yourself to and from work is your responsibility. While we try our best to give you as much information as possible, you should plan your route to work in advance. You are required to make your own way to your shift unless this is stated in the job description.
We recommend you check your journey in advance to prevent unexpected delays which may result in you being turned away from work without pay.
