Your shift times will be clearly outlined in your work schedule and confirmation email. However, your app will always display the most up-to date timings.

Please note: Your shift timings may change from when you booked the shift and we cannot guarantee that changes will not occur. A lot of work goes into the preparation of events and often event timings, guest numbers and other factors will change prior to the event which may result in your shift timings changing.

You will be notified of shift time changes as soon as we are made aware by the client. We will notify you either by text or send you a new confirmation email. If you are unable to make the new timings, please call the office as soon as possible on 020 7736 0122.
