It is important that you check in and out at the start and end of your shift. This will either be with a member of the Host team or directly with the client.

Your hours will be recorded on a paper timesheet or on a job card (issued to you on the day if you are working at a stadium). If you do not record your hours correctly it will result in delayed payment.

For large events/ stadiums you will need to meet a rep from Host and then sign in directly with the client. If this is the case, you will receive a text informing you the name of the Host rep to check in with and the meeting location. Once you have checked in with the Host rep, they will inform you what to do next.

Checking in and out with a member of the Host Staffing team or client is your responsibility; when you are confirmed to work at an event you will be sent full details of where and how to check in on the day.

If you do not sign in or out of your shift correctly, we will have no recorded hours for you which will result in us being unable to pay you for your time.
