If your application to work is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from the consultant. The email will clearly display all the relevant information for your shift. Likewise, if your application is unsuccessful, you will receive an email to inform you.

Once you receive the confirmation email you are booked. See How do I confirm a shift? for what to do next, and How do I cancel my shift? if you can no longer attend.

Not confirming a booking does NOT mean that you are released, and we must be informed directly if you have any issues. Failure to confirm a booked job may lead to you being replaced and may also result in your registration being terminated.
