Once you are booked into a shift, cancelling should only be a last resort - you have made a commitment to work.
You can generally cancel a shift yourself in the Host App up to 48 hours before its start time. Self-service cancellation is not available for multi-day shifts or shifts with enhanced security.
If you cannot cancel in the app - the shift starts within 48 hours, it is a multi-day shift, or it has enhanced security - you must call the office immediately on 020 7736 0122 and speak to a consultant. Please give us as much notice as you can, and at least 24 hours.
We do not accept cancellations by email or text. If you try to cancel that way you will still be booked and expected to attend.
Outside office hours: for emergencies within 24 hours of your shift, call 020 7736 0122 and press 1 to reach the consultant on call. If nobody answers, leave a voicemail with your full name and contact number and we will get back to you.
If you fail to attend a shift without correctly notifying the office, your account will be terminated - we operate a one-strike policy.
