Sadly, we will be unable to deal with requests to book into shifts over the phone. You must apply for shifts via the staff portal/ Host app.

All the available shifts you are eligible to work will be displayed on your portal via the ‘book a shift’ link. If no shifts are on display, then sadly there are no current shifts available at that time. We advertise shifts onto your portal as soon as the shift is available to book, so we advise you keep checking the portal regularly, so you don’t miss out!

For bespoke bookings, a consultant may call you to check your availability and discuss the booking further before booking you into work.
