A lot of work goes into the selection process for the teams we book and we can only accept as many people to work as spaces we have available. At Host we open the door to exclusive events at many of London’s most iconic venues and our reputation is built on our highly trained and dedicated staff.

Quite simply, we love smart, friendly and well-presented people. Previous experience in hospitality is not essential as we equip you with all the relevant training prior to working with us.

A consultant from the Host office will go through each individual application to work carefully handpicking the team. We are committed to supporting each member of staff to create the very best experience for everyone involved.

Our office take the time to team meet you face to face upon initial interview, over the phone, at check ins and onsite at events. It is our job to get to know you! Therefore, the way you conduct yourselves at check ins (uniform standards, punctuality, attitude etc) does not go un-noticed!

Here is a small list of things you can do to maximise your chances of getting booked:

  • Be friendly, polite and hardworking on shifts.
  • Receive good client feedback.
  • Arrive to your shifts on time.
  • Arrive in the correct uniform.
  • Giving as much notice as possible when cancelling shifts.
