If your application to work is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from the consultant. The email will clearly display all the relevant information for your shift.
After receiving this email, you must click ‘Confirm Shift’, you can also confirm your shift through the ‘Schedule’ tab in the Host app.
Once you receive the confirmation email you are booked - not confirming a booking does not release you from the shift, and failing to confirm may lead to you being replaced. If you can no longer work the shift, please call the office - see How do I cancel my shift?.
