When do I get paid?

Our pay week runs from Monday to Sunday. Any work that you do between these days will be paid 10 days after the Sunday. This means pay day is always a Wednesday.

Please note our pay day may be altered due to bank holidays affecting the working week. If there is a change to the expected pay date, you will be informed by a text.

Your pay is based on the hours recorded for each shift, which is why it is important you sign in and out at every event. When you register with Host Staffing, you must provide us with your bank details so that your pay can be transferred directly into your account.

If you need to update or change your bank details since you registered with Host, you can do this via the Host App or the Staff Portal (portal.host-staffing.co.uk). The bank details must be your own.

Your payslip will be emailed to you between 1-2 days before you receive payment.

If you have not been paid and you believe you should have been, please submit a pay query via the Host App (Completed Shifts) or the Staff Portal (Completed Shifts).
