We operate a workplace pension scheme with automatic enrolment, as required by UK law. The scheme enables you to save for your retirement using your own money, together with tax relief and contributions from Host Staffing.

If you meet the government’s auto-enrolment criteria (based on your age and earnings), you will be automatically enrolled after a 3-month postponement period. The eligibility thresholds and minimum contribution rates are set by the government and reviewed each tax year - see the government’s workplace pensions guidance for the current figures.

Once the first contribution has been taken, you can opt out if you wish. You have 30 days to do this and you will receive a refund of any deductions. You cannot opt out in advance - a contribution must have been taken first.

Any pension contributions are detailed on your payslip.
