Why was my application for work rejected?

A consultant from the Host office will go through each individual application to work. A lot of work goes into the selection process for the teams and sadly we can only accept as many people into the shift as spaces we have available.

Applications to work are reviewed by a consultant and there are often more applications to work than spaces we have available. We do our best to keep on top of shift applications to prevent full shifts being advertised on the app. However, we can see high volumes of applications for certain shifts which only require 1-2 members of staff, which sadly means we will not be able to accept everyone who applies.
