There can be many reasons why your account has been archived.
Inactivity:
The most common reason for your account to have been archived is due to inactivity. Host accounts are archived if you have not completed any shifts for over 3 months to prevent you receiving unwanted texts/ notifications while you are not planning on working with us.
You will be notified via text to inform you your account has been archived. If you wish to keep your account active, you can simply request it back by contacting a member of the team.
Did you miss a shift?
We operate a strict 1 strike policy. If you find that you can no longer work a shift, or have booked it in error, you MUST call the office and let us know, as you will still be booked and you will be expected to attend unless you let us know otherwise. You will have made a commitment to work with no exceptions. If you fail to show up to your shift, and have not informed the office prior, your account will be archived and you will no longer be able to work with Host Staffing.
Are you under 18?
You must be over the age of 18 to be employed by Host. If you are not 18 when you register to work your account will be archived until you reach the required age of employment. Once you reach the required age you will need to get in touch with a member of the Host team for us to schedule your interview.
