How do I close my Host account?

We are sorry to see you go! We hope you have enjoyed your time working with Host Staffing.

You can only permanently delete your account and data if you have not completed any shifts with Host staffing.

If you wish to have your personal data removed, you need to log in to your account and press ‘Request Account Deletion‘.

If you have completed 1 or more shifts, we are required to store your information for 6 years after your last working day.  This is a legal requirement for auditing and HMRC queries regarding employees. 

If you have completed shifts with Host staffing and you wish to close your account, you can request to have your account archived by calling 020 7736 0122 and speaking to a member of the team.
