Uniform: All black Uniform and Safety Boots.

Safety boots are often referred to as steel toe cap boots or rigger boots, if you are working in a Kitchen, as well as a toe cap, we recommended shoes with a slip resistant sole.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Safe handling/loading/unloading and moving of furniture and catering equipment.
  • Support with event set up and breakdown.
  • A large part of the role includes manual handling with lifting, pushing or pulling cages or trolleys
  • Setting up “clearing areas”.
  • transportation of beer barrels, stock and equipment.
  • Setting up areas with chairs, tables and other such furniture.

Requirements:

  • Must be punctual, flexible and friendly in manner.
  • Punctual.
  • A reasonable level of fitness, stamina and strength (e.g. to lift heavy equipment)
  • Ability to walk, stand and bend for long periods of time.
  • Asked to complete Flow Training Modules in Food Allergens, Health and Safety & Food Safety level 1.
