To complete your induction we need to check your right to work in the UK, so please bring the correct original documents with you.
Right to work documents (required)
- British citizens - your passport.
- EU citizens - your passport and/or national identity card.
- All other citizens - your passport and Biometric Residence Permit.
Please be aware: you will not be able to sit your induction without one of the documents above.
We scan these documents on arrival using Trust ID, so we cannot accept photos or scans - please bring the physical documents with you.
Share code (non-British citizens)
If you are not a British citizen, we also need your share code to prove your right to work in the UK. Please have it ready on arrival, as we will need to take a note of it. If you don’t have one yet, you can generate it here: Prove your right to work on gov.uk.
If you can, also bring
- A second form of photo ID - such as a Driving Licence or Student ID card.
- Proof of your National Insurance number - such as your NI letter, NI card, an old payslip or a P45/P60.
- Proof of address - such as a recent bank statement, bill or Driving Licence.
Don’t have an NI number yet? You are still welcome to join our team - you will just need to apply for one within 4 weeks of your first day of work.
