If you came in for your Host induction but did not bring all the requested documents, we will be unable to offer you work until your online account is complete.

Please ensure you have provided us with:

  • Your home address.
  • Next of kin details.
  • Bank details - so we can pay you!
  • 2 appropriate references (Work, Education, Character - not a family member).
  • Passport - if you are a British citizen.
  • Passport AND Biometric Residence Permit - if you are a non-EU and non-British citizen.
  • Passport and/or National Identity Card - if you are an EU citizen.
  • A second form of photo ID - such as a Driving Licence or Student ID card.
  • Proof of National Insurance number - such as your NI letter, NI card, an old payslip or P45/P60 (if you do not have an NI number yet, you are still welcome to join our team, but you will need to apply for a NI Number within 4 weeks from your first day of work).
  • Proof of address - such as a recent bank statement, bill or Driving Licence.

Once you have completed your online account, attended your induction and provided us with your right to work documents please call the office on 020 7736 0122 to speak to a consultant to activate your account.
