How long will it take to hear back about an induction?

Unfortunately, there is no definitive answer, as although you can create an account all year round our recruitment process is seasonal.

From late December - February our recruitment process slows significantly. This is due to the quieter season and we will need to prioritise shifts for our current staff. It is likely you will not be offered an interview during these months.

Generally, depending on the capacity of our recruitment team and volume of applications, it can take up to 3 weeks to receive an invitation to one of our inductions. This will be much shorter during the summer months when the number of inductions we offer daily increase.

Throughout the year we receive a high volume of applications to work and sadly, like most jobs, not everyone is always successful.If you do not hear back after applying, your application has sadly been unsuccessful. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to everyone confirming this.
